The Pianist

Here's my latest piece that I have been working on - The Pianist. I've decided to go with merrier colours for this one to set a more lovey dovey mood for this one.

Here's a sneak peek of what I'm working on right now. I'm still rendering on Brushes app. I'd give myself another day to complete it as I'm trying out different color scheme on the fly to set the mood of this piece.

The Terminator

Just like to soak up the spirit of salvation before it opens in town. So I thought, I do this quick sketch.

Wrinkly Crisp

I took quite a whipping from this piece. Was given a subject crisp. First thing that came to mind was chips and crackers. Then again, that's pretty common. So I decide to zoom in and experiment on textures to emote the subject. It was a test of patience I must say, but the result and hardwork finally paid off. I'm happy.

Danny The Cat

I had some time dish out something quick at gramps. Had drawn my cousin's cat, Danny while it's sleeping. He looks so harmless when he's sleeping. Awww...

Faces in the Dark

This is me trying to experiment on shadows and highlights. Forgive me if you can't really see it clearly. You have to jack up the brightness of your monitor.

I Used My Finger...

This is pretty expressive actually. I don't use any PogoStylus but my finger for all of my artworks. If you look closely you can see a hand over shadowing the finger. This artwork is a tribute to those hardcore iPhone artists.

Your Body's A Wonderland

I've always have this visual of John Mayer's 'Your Body's A Wonderland'. I have created the composition on Brushes. It was color corrected on ColorChange and Pixel Perfect apps.

The Green Lurker

In the dark it stood quietly. Quietly watching its readily available snacks. Tonight's delicacy would definitely be food-on-the-glow for the Green Lurker.

Chill Babe

I did this quick sketch on NetSketch. I like the line work produced on NetSketch. Almost feels like I'm drawing on marker. It's still a work in progress.

Miss Emeralda Green

Just a character I made right off the top of my head. Process started with a doodle from my sketchbook. Then I took a photo of sketch and rendered in Brushes. Same principle of scanning your sketch first and rendering it on Photoshop if you like.

The Invasion

I have never intended this piece to turn out the way it is now. I started out with playing different tones of reds for background. Then building up the layers with orange on the foreground. It's pretty random at first. Soon I started to add in details and before I know it everything just flows and clicks.

L'Amour La Morgue

The Virgins Lover - The music that I kept looping on my iPhone. I had envisualised this picture of a lady in pink over a velvety background. You know that sultry mysterious figure yet vampish as well. That's what I managed to grasp from the music.
