I took quite a whipping from this piece. Was given a subject crisp. First thing that came to mind was chips and crackers. Then again, that's pretty common. So I decide to zoom in and experiment on textures to emote the subject. It was a test of patience I must say, but the result and hardwork finally paid off. I'm happy.

nice work! I like the video of the progress. It reminds me of back in high school I had some friends in class that we would create a maze passing one sheet back and forth between class so at the end of day we had a ridiculously intense 8.5x11 maze of tiny paths and blocks. we should try something like that on flicker. Hmm... And talking about school. I had an assignment on textures where we crumple a piece of paper and asked to draw the crushed piece of paper.
